Hi friends,
wanted to know how fast i can do a productshot of an alloy rim including modelling and this is the result.
The modelling was a nightmare since there's a radial symmetry by 7 doubleribs to 5 holes for the wheel nuts with a seemless connection, but at the end it worked after endless retries.
Here's how it came out...
hope you like it
cheers

Gerbera_Orange
Hi friends,
constantly working on things i can't show makes it pretty difficult to update the blog with new content on a regular basis. I'm sorry for that and appreciate your patience ;)
Needed and modelled some flowers recently and as a small byproduct i came up with this testrendering of a gerbera, that hopefully might serve as some colorfull patiencepill in the meantime... ;)
hope to be able to show something more complex and finished next time
thanks for watching
cheers

Cutipol House at night
Hi friends,
long time no post, sorry, but i have been terribly busy lately.
But a lot has happened. Ronen was so kind to spotlight the cutipol-shots over at his well known blog here and as an addition he published a making of i did. So if you want to know how it's done, have a look here.
To bring this project to a finish i felt the necessity to do a night version of the mainshot. Here's how it came out.
hope you like it
cheers

Cutipol House
Currently i'm at home with a heavy cold and never wanted more to be where the sun is than these days...
but no chance...so i had to build my own scene where the sun plays it's role...
this is the output from 2 days...inspired by photographs made by pedro d'orey, hope you like

Project 'CloseUP'
Hi...i started a new project, this time with a slighty different approach...
I gathered a lot of refpics of closeup shots that i consider to be 'sexy', made by different photographers. those I'm trying to rebuild in 3d,not as a photomatch but with my own interpretation.
Hopefully all of them will fit together and form a whole ...maybe a loft, appartement, kitchen or whatever.
This is the first one which is heavily inspired by Debi Treloar...
Hope you like it ;)

Halbe Treppe
So here's the first work I show
It was ment as just a little practise after a funny meeting with one of the actors of a german movie with the same title (hence the name), but soon became a more detailed work concerning the texturing process...
hope you like it
cheers
